Main Features
- A listing with the last 50 incoming or outgoing calls

How to make a call
Pick up the Telefonica Domo handset and wait for the dialing tone and
then dial number you want to contact, put the handset down to finish the call..

How to answer a call
The phone rings and the red light flashes when you have an incoming call..
Also you will see the caller ID in the Telefonica Domo screen if this service has been activated.

Mute Button
Your Telefonica Domo telephone has the option to mute a call.
To use this press the mute button, and the display will show Mute Activo.
Press it again to de-activate mute.

How to store names and numbers in the phone directory
To enter new names and numbers into the phone book. Do the following: -
- Press the Record button marked - Grabar You should see - Grabar nombre on the display.
- Type in the name by the pressing the number keys. eg. To enter F press number 3, three times.
- Press the Grabar button. You should see - Grabar numero on the display.
- Next type in the telephone number.
- Press the Grabar button to save the name and number to the phones memory.
You should see - Grabar nombre on the display, so you can add more names and numbers to the phone book.
When you finish adding people, press Desactivar to finish

How to look up the names in your phonebook
To view previously stored contacts in your phonebook. Do the following: -
- Press Agenda. You should now see the alphabetical list of contacts.
- Use the up/down/scroll keys - Llamadas to view all the contacts in your phonebook.
- If you want to call a contact pick up the handset and press the menu key

Call ID
* In order to use the caller ID feature you need to enable the service by calling Telefonica on 1004
It can take up to 48 hours to activate the service.

How to use call divert
If you want to divert incoming telephone calls to a different telephone landline or a mobile phone. Do the following: -
- Pick up the handset of the Telefonica Domo phone
- Press the Desvio button. In the viewer you should see - Pulse No + Desvio
- Put the telephone number in that you want the calls to go to eg. 952123123
- Then press the Desvio button again. Then you should hear confirmation that the service has been activated (in Spanish)
- Put the handest back and now the calls will all be diverted to 952123123.

How to cancel call divert do the following: -
- Lift the Telefonica Domo handset
- Press Desactivar. - Descontes should appear on the display..
- Press Desvio. - Desvioinactivo should appear on the display..
- You should hear confirmation that the service is de-activated, in Spanish.
- Replace the handset.

How to use call waiting
Sometimes the phone beeps while you are talking indicating another incoming call.
If you want to speak to the second call do the following: -
- Press LL. Espera You should see Llamada Retenida on the display.
- You should now be able to speak to the other person.
If you want to switch back to the first call press Ll. Espera
To end the call press - Desactivar / Salir.

How to activate your answer phone.
Pick up the handset and press Contestador.
You should see - Activo on the display and a message confirming the activation.

Change your answer phone message to English and record your own voice, do the following: -
- lift Telefonica Domo handset and press Mensajes
- When the message ends press 1
- After the next message ends, press 4
- Enter a four digit code eg: 1234 and don't forget this
- After the next message ends press 3
- After the next message ends press 1
- Then after the last message ends, press 1 and put the handset back down.

The answer phone cuts in after 5 rings if the phone is unanwsered.
To listen to any messages just pick up the handset and press Mensajes.
It is possible to retrieve your messages from any Spanish phone inlcuding mobiles by doing the following: -
Dial your number and let the answerphone cut in, then enter the 4 digit code and listen to messages.
There are 3 options
- Repeat the message press 1
- To keep the message press 2
- To delete the message press 3
Please note both the answer machine call ID are free services.

How to send a text message
You can send a text message from your Telefonica Domo telephone to another landline or mobile, do the following: -
Currently the charge is 10 cents(+IVA) to send a text message to a landline and 15 cents (+IVA) to a mobile.

- Press Mensajes
- Scroll down to Enviar.
- Press Mensajes again.
- Type your message using the keys.
- The press Mensajes. You should see - Enviar mensaje
- Press Mensajes button. ( DESTINATARIO)will be displayed on the screen.
- Now enter the destination telephone number.
- Press Mensajes. You should see - Nombre - Name
- Press Mensajes. You should see - Extension
- Press Mensajes. You should see - Enviar Si - Send Yes
- Press Mensajes. You should see - Enviado - sent.
- You will see Borrar this asks you do you want to delete the message.
- To delete your message. Press Mensajes - Borrando meaning it is being deleted.

How to send an e- mail
NB. You will be charged 10 cents(+IVA) to send an e-mail.

- Press Mensajes.
- Scroll down to Enviar
- Press Mensajes.
- Type your message using the number keys
- Press Mensajes. You should see Enviar mensaje
- Now scroll down to Enviar E/ mail.
- Press Mensajes. You should see Destinatario.
- Type in the email address to send to.
- Press Mensajes. To send the email.
- To find the @ sign, press 0 until the symbol is displayed.

How to send an Fax
In order to send a fax from your Telefonica Domo telephone, use the following instructions.
NB. You will be charged 10 cents(+IVA) to send a fax.

- Press Mensajes.
- Scroll down to Enviar
- Press Mensajes.
- Type your message using the number keys.
- After finishing press Mensajes, you should see Enviar Mensaje - send message
- Scroll to Enviar Fax.
- Press Mensajes. You should see asunt, now type the heading for your fax.
- Destinatario should be on the display, now type telephone number where you want to send the fax.
- Press Mensajes to send it.
