You will be asked a series of questions that helps determine the data we need to process your order.

What information will you require?
|
To process your order we need the following information: -
If you already have an account set up with Telefonica we need less information.
But the information needs to concur with the details Telefonica already have, if it does not,
it can result in a delay in processing your order.
- Full Name (including any middle names)
- Passport number, NIE number, Company CIF number
- Full address, including the Province and post code
- Current Land line number (unless you are applying for a new line within your order)
- Contact email / mobile number.
- 20 Digit Spanish bank account number. (This is required for new lines only)

Why do you need my bank account number?
|
We need the Spanish bank account number to set up the billing / direct debit between Telefonica and you.
If you already have a line it is not necessary.

Our website is secure for entering your data/details, it uses SSL encryption which is widely used over the Internet.

How long will it take?
|
The official time from Telefonica is 10-14 days for new lines / ADSL installations. However dependent on how busy / time of the year / Holidays / these
are all factors which can cause delays. Other problems sometimes occur,
like when the wrong information off the customer has been given for the order or if it
does not correspond with the information Telefonica already have on file for that customer.
Also when there is no capacity in the current system from the central to the persons dwelling
for either new lines or sometimes when ADSL is not available in that area.
